Spacious and clean venue with a nice value and great staff. Great and unbeatable location next to the center of the old town with access by car and parking, the centre of the old town, and public transport.

Our rooms were outstanding and atmospheric here with a breathtaking view, a balcony plus nice shower. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, within easy walking distance of an art gallery.

Had particularly good location on the main tourist street, close to Dome of Montepulciano. Air-conditioned room with bright bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Fresh made selection for breakfast with cheeses, a beautiful view plus fresh orange juice. A nice size and budget room with a patio, terrace, and a kettle. Incredible and good location, a super close walk to Palazzo Avignonesi.

The hotel was family-friendly, spent my time lovely here. The beds were comfy, the rooms were impeccably clean with an amazing view, everything was good. Food was great and their restaurant was great.

Appreciated this traditional hotel: different food and great staff. The view of the valley was awesome and our room was atmospheric and tidy. We had it's own balcony and a kettle in the room. The venue was in a central location -right in town near restaurants.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. the location was superb, right in the center of town within the city walls. It couldn't have been more convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the countryside from the small balconies. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the stunning vistas each morning.

Charming and delightful hotel, excellent place for 3 nights in Montepulciano. Obliging, very good staff towards all guests. Coffee and eggs in the morning.

Particularly good location for our visit to Piazza Grande just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque location. The breakfast spread was delicious, with eggs made to order. The staff was attentive and accommodating, fulfilling my special breakfast request. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I even had a balcony to enjoy it from. The hotel's old world charm added to the experience. Despite a small shower and weak Wi-Fi on the third floor, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be returning next year!
